Shadowrun: Dragonfall - Director's Cut App Reviews

Crashed maybe once in about ten hours. iPad 4. Wouldnt recommend it for lower end devices. Great game though.

You run into a glitch near the end where the interface locks up if you have a minion, and you cant do anything. Harebrained has been contacted about this and not responded, and theres enough mention of it online that they are definitely aware. The game is fun and should have been amazing, but if you use a rigger or shaman you will not beat it. Id rather they solve this problem before developing a third game but they already have my money so whatever, right?

One of the best games Ive played on the iPad. Highly recommended.

Great game. I had been waiting for Harebrained Schemes to release Dragonfall on iOS for awhile (its been on Steam for some time). Very glad that its now available on iPad. Thanks so much. Dragonfall has an excellent story and gameplay. Shadowrun Returns was very linear; it seemed like no matter what you did or said, it didnt really affect the storyline. Its different with Dragonfall, where your choices can really change your mission, making you want to go through the game more than once (so theres better bang for your buck, too).

Constant crashes and a save bug that resets progress and deletes your team.

Good game untill you get to the Lodge Trial mission... Buggy! Unable to get out of that level (buttons wont work)... That same bug is present on Steam. Fix please!!

Dont buy anything from Harebrained schemes. They cannot write software without game breaking bugs, so its just a waste of money. I cant advance past the elevator at the hotel. The button doesnt work. Im on an iPad Air 2. Such a shame because the IDEA is great, but they cant execute, and do not support their game. The first shadow run game was the same. I thought they maybe got their act together, but alas. At this point I think you can only consider them scammers.

I enjoyed the game.... Or atleast the first level since I can progress any further with it crashing.... Unless a patch or update is released soon I will most likely call apple and get a refund.

No music in this, nor Shadowrun: Returns., with no mention of a fix coming anytime soon.

Bought it and stopped playing it after 10 minutes. No music, I couldnt select my characters appearance, full of bugs.

No music at all on iPad Mini 2 on iOS 9. No fix. This has been going on for a long time.

If you like that kind of world and game play :) you have to play it. One of the best for ipad.

Slow,dark,tactic,adult. Seems like one of my fav rpg ever.

Cool game guys! But what about add russian language to first and that part of Shadowrun? Please add button for changing languages. Russian fans can help.

Story line is much more interesting than in previous game. And now you could influence on the story itself. The only trouble is lags on the mission with APEX (ipad mini 3) please make an update and fix productivity.

5 stars game......perfect...but 1 star for no italian language.....this game and shadowrun returns Italian,italian,italian!

It is like a Baldurs Gate set in a steampunk scenario. You use guns, sniper rifles, grenades, but also magic, summonings and potions. The combat system is turn-based, similar to strategic rpgs like Final Fantasy Tactics. Sometimes it crashes on my iPad Air 2, probably due to the high quantity of system resourses used. Overall I am satisfied!

This is the first game built within the Shadowrun universe that gets the character growth and storytelling right. Its just unfortunate that the game is buggy when it comes to manual saves and freezing (especially around the APEX rising mission. I cant even complete it.)
